NoFluff Marketing LLC operates the websites nofluffmarketing.io and intel.nofluffmarketing.io (collectively, the "Sites") and the US Home Intelligence platform ("USHI Platform"). Tony Botchev, NMLS #114198, is the principal operator, sponsored by Loan Factory, NMLS #320841.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly: When you use our Sites or USHI Platform, we may collect: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property address, brokerage information, NMLS or TREC license number, payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card data), uploaded files (headshots, logos), and any other information you voluntarily provide through forms.
Information Collected Automatically: We collect IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URLs, and interaction data through standard web analytics. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve site functionality.
Phone Number Collection (intel.nofluffmarketing.io): Phone numbers collected on the USHI Platform buyer questionnaire are used exclusively for report delivery and follow-up about your specific report order. They are not used for marketing SMS campaigns.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: deliver US Home Intelligence reports you have purchased; process payments via Stripe; send transactional emails related to your order or account; verify professional licenses (TREC/NMLS) for realtor partner accounts; generate cobrand partner share links; communicate about products and services you have expressed interest in (subject to your consent preferences); comply with applicable law; and improve our products and services.
4. SMS and A2P Messaging
NoFluff Marketing LLC operates an A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging program on nofluffmarketing.io. The chat widget on nofluffmarketing.io is the designated consent-collection mechanism for SMS marketing communications. By engaging with the chat widget, you may opt in to receive SMS messages from NoFluff Marketing LLC regarding mortgage and real estate services.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. We do not sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Third-Party Processors
We share data with the following third-party processors to deliver our services:
- Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data. We do not store card numbers.
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) — CRM, marketing automation, and communication workflows. Data is stored in GHL's infrastructure under our sub-account.
- Manus AI — Report generation and AI task processing. Report content and buyer data are passed to Manus for report production and deleted per Manus data retention policies.
- Vercel, Inc. — Website hosting and deployment infrastructure.
- Amazon Web Services / Cloudflare — Infrastructure and CDN services.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Report data is retained for a minimum of 3 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of personal information; opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Our US Home Intelligence reports are produced with Fair Housing compliant language. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Sites and services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our Sites. Continued use of our Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
